The pattern designer and demister selector are provided as engineering aids. They implement published formulas — open area from the group catalogue, and the Souders–Brown relation for mist eliminator sizing — and their arithmetic is tested against those sources on every build.

They are not a substitute for engineering judgement. Manufacturability checks reflect our general tooling limits, not a commitment for a particular job. Demister sizing uses empirical K factors and an estimated pressure drop, not a vendor curve. Final selection must be confirmed against your own process data. Send us the conditions and we will review them.

We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on a figure produced by these tools without that confirmation.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell. Prices, lead times, capacities and availability described here are indicative and may change. A binding contract arises only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it, or when we acknowledge your order.

Where our written quotation conflicts with anything on this website, the quotation governs.

Technical reference material is published so engineers can use the formulas in their own work. Using a formula is not copying the page.
