What we collect, and what we don't

If you use the enquiry form, you choose what to tell us — typically a name, a phone number, a company and a description of what you want made. The form does not submit to a server of ours. It assembles the text you typed into a WhatsApp message or an email that you send, so your details travel through WhatsApp or your own mail provider, under their terms, not through this site.

We use what you send only to prepare a quotation and to carry out any order that follows. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the Jai Shree group except where a courier, transporter or export agent needs a delivery address to do their job.

The pattern designer and demister selector run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted to us unless you press a send button yourself. The specification is written into the page address so you can share or bookmark it — which also means anyone you send that link to can see it.

The designer remembers one thing locally: whether you chose metric or imperial units. That is stored in your own browser, never leaves it, and clearing site data removes it.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure how quickly pages load. These are cookieless: they set no cookie, build no cross-site profile, and do not follow you to other websites. We see aggregate figures — which pages are read, which countries they are read from, how fast the site is.

We also record when someone sends a specification from a tool, so we know whether those tools are useful. Those events carry only specification values such as material and thickness. They never carry your name, phone number or email.

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or social tracking pixels. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.

Enquiries and order correspondence are kept for as long as the business relationship is live, and afterwards for the period Indian tax and company law requires us to retain commercial records. Aggregate analytics are retained by Vercel under their own policy and contain nothing that identifies you.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it, and withdraw consent you previously gave. Write to inder@jaishreegroup.in and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled a request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The site is served over HTTPS and holds no database — there is no customer record on this website to breach. Enquiry correspondence lives in our email and WhatsApp accounts, which are protected by the access controls those services provide.

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. Please check it when you next send us an enquiry.
