Certifications
Credentials, and what they actually mean
Plenty of suppliers list certification numbers without explaining them. These are ours, what each covers, and why it should matter to you as a buyer.
Quality management
ISO 9001:2015
An audited quality management system, certified at group level.
It means there is a documented process behind the product — traceable procedures, recorded inspection, and corrective action when something goes wrong. For a buyer it is the difference between a supplier who checks and one who hopes.
GST registration
27ACLPJ5081F1ZI
Goods and Services Tax registration for the Bhayandar unit.
A registered supplier issues a tax invoice you can claim input credit against. Verify the number on the GST portal before placing a first order with anyone — including us.
Import-export code
0304084174
IEC issued by the DGFT, held in-house.
We can export directly and handle the documentation ourselves rather than routing through an agent. For overseas buyers that usually means fewer intermediaries and a shorter paper trail.
Registered entity. Jai Shree Industries, Factory L-8, L-9, L-11, Swastik Industrial Estate, Goddev Road, Near Phatak, Behind Gaurav Dharam Kanta, Bhayandar East, Mumbai — 401105. Scanned copies of the ISO certificate and registration documents are available on request and will be published here shortly.
Quality control
What gets checked, and when
Certification describes the system. These are the specific checks a perforated sheet passes through before it leaves Bhayandar.
Material test certificates
Supplied for alloy work where specification requires it — Monel, 316L, titanium.
Dimensional inspection
Hole size, pitch and sheet dimensions checked against the approved drawing.
Flatness control
Precision levelling after perforation, with bow checked before despatch.
Drawing approval
The drawing is confirmed with you before cutting, not after.
Documentation
Tell us what your buyer needs
Test certificates, inspection reports, export paperwork — specify it with the enquiry and it is prepared alongside the order rather than chased afterwards.
